Mental Health Week
We have some great workshops coming up this October for Mental Health Week in your local libraries.
Something for Kids – Building Self-Esteem
Designed especially for children, this 1.5 hour free event is hosted by Rachel from Proud Peacock. The interactive sessions focus on nurturing self-esteem through exciting games and activities. Children will discover the power of their inner voice, and delve into the wonders of mindfulness.

Something for Adults – Emotional Wellbeing Masterclass
Discover the essential components of emotional wellness and how they influence our mental, physical and social wellbeing. Learn practical strategies to identify and manage emotions effectively, fostering resilience in the face of life’s challenges. These workshops are hosted by Cathy from Vision and Vigour Coaching.
