The Art of Flowers
There is no better way to capture and preserve your beautiful blooms, buds and leaves than to press them into a work of art. Western Downs Libraries hosted The Art Of Flowers workshop at Jandowae Library last week. 15 unique pressed flower creations were framed with very imPRESSive results! These days it’s easy for us to pull out a phone and take a photo to capture a beautiful bloom, but this can feel a little disconnected. Getting out in the garden and choosing our favourite flowers and leaves allows us to engage and preserve our garden without the need for a lens.
Pressed flowers are a truly beautiful representation of your garden and a wonderful activity for the whole family.
